PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- realization of an “onshore” marina for sheltering and maintenance of Mega / Super Yacht in Sardinia, equipped with suitable hauling and launching structures (Shiplift) and ancillary logistical fittings.
BUSINESS IDEA
- yachts sheltering and maintenance activities, on alternative way to Super Yacht mooring inside marinas, actually not available in Mediterranean, which would allow Owners and Yacht Management Companies annually saving ~ 40 % in respect to the ordinary management / maintenance cost.

Reduction of risks arising by extreme weather events given layout of the HUB.Inexistence of hydrogeological risk.Absence of seismic risk.Large operative areas, up to 50 ha at service of the HUB.Areas already destined to industrial activities, therefore public authorizations relating to the environment and building are considerably simplified (the project is exempted from the presentation of EIA, Environmental Impact Assessment required by current legislation and therefore can immediately run).
